Perhaps a deep soaking tub, and a multiple head thermostatic shower and body jet system, so you have the choice to relax as you wish. A shower that is half indoors and half outdoors? Exotic specialty tiles and dimmable lighted mirrors...the possibilities are endless.

As your project designer, Michael specializes in making your vacation home or primary residence an ideal oasis.
He can serve as your onsite representative, giving peace of mind, especially to those who live out of the area or prefer not to have to take their time dealing with the tedious process of renovation and building.
Michael can work independently and report back to you, or assist you with the following:
* Collaborating with your chosen architect to develop a precise floor plan consistent with your wishes and desires, for your approval.
* Michael will custom design your kitchen, bathrooms, butlers pantry, laundry room(s), outdoor kitchen, and luxury closet systems for your approval.
* The selection of all finishes, such as flooring, tiles, plumbing fixtures, shower enclosures, interior lighting, interior doors, trims, baseboards, crown molding, closet design, entryway doors, exterior walkway materials, garage doors, driveway materials, pool design and all associated finishes for your pool and lanai, and landscape materials for your approval.
* Michael monitors and reports on the progress of your renovation or home building project. He meets with, and works collaboratively with your general contractor, crew and other professionals to ensure mutual understanding of all objectives.
* As your interior décor designer, Michael selects for your approval, all interior and exterior furnishings, fixed and portable lighting, wall coverings, décor accessories, mattresses, bed pillows, bedding, towels, bathroom accessories, completely stocked kitchen wares, and oversees the installation of all, when construction is complete and a Certificate of Occupancy has been given.
* Additionally, upon request, Michael and his team will stock your refrigerators with your
favorite food and beverage items. They can also press, steam and organize your wardrobe in your specially designed luxury custom closets.
* Michael can also coordinate a chef to prepare dinner for you and any guests who may be joining you, on the evening of your arrival.
If you choose, all you have to do is to arrive at your newly renovated, or built home, with a carry on in hand, with the peace of mind in knowing everything has been completed to your ultimate satisfaction.
